Mark where it hurts

A plain body outline, front and back. Take a copy and use it however you like — or keep your sore spots here and watch them change.

The same outline the tracker draws.

Released under CC0 1.0 — no rights reserved. Copy them, change them, print them, publish them, sell them: no attribution, no permission and no fee. The licence is written inside each file, so it stays with the copy you keep.

The SVG is plain vector line art, so it scales to any size and you can recolour it; the PNG is 1200px wide, black on white.

No warranty, and not a medical reference. The outline is a stylised drawing for marking and illustrating, not an anatomical or diagnostic chart, and it comes as it is, with no warranty of any kind. Marking a spot on it is not a diagnosis, and nothing on this page is medical advice: for pain that is new, severe, spreading or not going away, consult a qualified healthcare professional. See the terms.

Keep track of it

A printed outline is a snapshot. With a free account the spots you mark are saved, so you can come back, re-rate them, and see what a month of them looks like.

  • Mark a spot, name it, rate it out of ten.
  • The outline takes your own shape, from your height, weight and waist.
  • Markers stay on the anatomy you put them on as that shape changes.
  • Play the whole history back: the circles grow and shrink with your ratings.
  • Front and back, with left and right recorded from your point of view — useful if you ever show it to a physio or a GP.
